How to make the repair on bottle jack
Release valve rod、Piston Rod、Piston core leakage repair step
Leakage from Release Valve Rod
Unscrew the release valve rod
counterclockwise and take out the steel ball out
Replace the O-ring and add
grease at the seal
Put the steel ball in and tighten the
release valve rod counterclockwise;
Test for 24 hours (leak detection)
Leakage from piston rod
b. Check the O-ring and washer if damaged, replace it.
a. Remove the steel wire off
d.After completion, turn upside down for 24 hours to detect leakage
C. Add lubricating grease after replacing the O-ring and install it back in sequence
Leakage from pump core
a. Remove the pump core pin
b. Pull out the pump core and check it
c. Replace the pump core seal assembly 1#or, if the pump core is seriously worn, replace it with new O-ring 2#
d. Add lubricating grease on O-Ring of pump core, a insert the pump core into the pump body
e. Do a loading test to see if the pump core is working well
