How to reduce noise of hydraulic lifting platform

1. The overflow valve of the hydraulic lifting platform can also generate high noise. When air is mixed in the hydraulic oil, the overflow valve is stuck or severely worn, the spring of the overflow valve is fatigued and deformed, which leads to unstable pressure regulation of the overflow valve, and the relief time of the overflow valve is too short, it is easy to cause partial stability of the pilot valve performance of the overflow valve, and cause air vibration in the pilot valve to generate noise. Therefore, we should always clean the overflow valve. If the overflow valve is damaged or seriously worn, it should be replaced.

2. When the hydraulic oil is insufficient, the hydraulic pump will produce suction phenomenon, which will cause air to enter the hydraulic oil and generate high noise.

4. Noise is generated in the hydraulic cylinder. When replacing the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic lifting platform, there is air in the hydraulic cylinder due to the operation error. Under the action of high pressure, cavitation is easy to occur and high-frequency noise is generated. When the piston rod is bent or a new seal is replaced, the new seal is too tight, which will also produce a large noise. If the seal is too tight, the noise can be reduced after running in for a period of time. If the piston rod is bent, it needs to be corrected. In addition, hoses shall be used as much as possible for the hydraulic pipeline. Even if the pipeline is arranged, the vibration and noise can be reduced, and the dead bend of the pipeline shall be avoided as much as possible.

5. After repairing the hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump, motor, valve and hydraulic installation and fixation of the hydraulic lifting platform are prone to cause vibration and generate large noise. 3. The hydraulic pump generates noise. When the hydraulic lifting platform rises, the hydraulic pump tells the operation. If there is a problem with the gear or bearing of the hydraulic pump, the pressure of the hydraulic system will change periodically, which will also cause resonance of the hydraulic system and generate noise.

6. The AC contactor can also generate high noise. When the power supply voltage is lower than 85% of the rated voltage, the short-circuit ring of the E-shaped iron core of the contactor is broken, the contact surface of the yoke and the armature is skewed, there is dust or rust, and the contact is poor, the contactor will produce "buzzing" noise.

7. The electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic reversing valve is not fixed firmly, and the frequent separation and absorption of the armature can also produce high noise.

8. The main reasons for the high noise of electric motor are: the motor rotor is bent, seriously worn or the bearing is damaged, which leads to the electric motor sweeping and generates noise; The cooling fan of the electric motor is damaged or not fixed firmly, resulting in high noise; The electric motor is not fixed firmly, which can also cause vibration and high noise.
