Heating system
The heating system is composed of steel heating plate, heating pipe and insulation layer. The heating plate is made of high-quality 45 # steel by quenching and tempering. Place electric heating tubes and thermocouples in the heating plate. The thermocouple shall be firmly and reliably installed and easy to be disassembled. Technical parameters of heating plate: plane size 3050 × 650 mm2； Flatness 0.2 mm; Arrangement of measuring points: 3 points on the upper plate; Lower plate 6 o'clock. The outer shell of the heating pipe is made of stainless steel, and the working voltage is 220V. The number of single side outgoing lines is a multiple of 3. The electric heating tube is easy and reliable to replace. There are protective devices at the wiring. The thermal insulation layer is set between the heating plate and the base (or press row). The thermal insulation side plates around the heating plate shall be made of materials with good thermal insulation performance.
