Heating system

The heating system is composed of steel heating plate, heating pipe and insulation layer. The heating plate is divided into upper and lower parts, which are fixedly connected with the base of the press and the pressing row, and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The heating plate is made of high-quality 45 # steel by quenching and tempering. Place electric heating tubes and thermocouples in the heating plate. The thermocouple shall be firmly and reliably installed and easy to be disassembled. Technical parameters of heating plate: plane size 3050 × 650 mm2; Flatness 0.2 mm; Arrangement of measuring points: 3 points on the upper plate; Lower plate 6 o'clock. The outer shell of the heating pipe is made of stainless steel, and the working voltage is 220V. The number of single side outgoing lines is a multiple of 3. The electric heating tube is easy and reliable to replace. There are protective devices at the wiring. The thermal insulation layer is set between the heating plate and the base (or press row). The thermal insulation side plates around the heating plate shall be made of materials with good thermal insulation performance. The plane size is the same as that of the heating plate, and the thickness is not less than 20mm.

Control cabinet

Cabinet type press action and temperature combination cabinet. Instruments and switches on the cabinet panel; Power switch, indicator light, voltmeter and ammeter; Press action button and indicator light; Pressure indicating instrument; Heating switch and indicator light; Digital display temperature regulator (accuracy ± 1 ℃); Thermal insulation timer and over temperature alarm; The maximum operating temperature is 180 ℃; Heating rate: 1.7 ℃ ~ 2.5 ℃ / min; The temperature unevenness is ± 3 ℃, and the heating power of each phase power supply is balanced; The temperature regulator controls the corresponding temperature measuring area in real time. When the temperature reaches the set value ± 3 ℃, the timer counts the time. After the set time is reached, the temperature control system can automatically heat up or power off according to the process set value.

Mold carrier

The bench is a structure with roller conveyor installed on the upper part. One end is connected to the press base (detachable) and the other end is placed on the ground (adjustable height). Bearing capacity: 3T; The upper surface of the height roller is flush with the lower heating plate; Plane size (2800 ~ 2900) × 750mm2 (available part); The temperature isolating plate is placed around the press row and the base to reduce the heat loss during the mold heating process. It is made of aluminum plate (or stainless steel plate) and thermal insulation material. It can be divided into several blocks for easy placement.
